My recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Spartanburg-I-26-Westgate Mall for Christmas was a delightful experience. the free airport weekday shuttle to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport was a convenient perk, allowing us to start our trip stress-free. the hotel's location within walking distance of Westgate Crossing Shopping Center and the largest mall in upstate South Carolina made exploring the area a breeze. We also appreciated the thoughtful details in the room, such as multiple pillow types and ample USB ports, catering to our comfort and convenience. the on-site restaurants offered delicious dining options, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities in Spartanburg. While there were minor issues with cleanliness in our room, the customer service team handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring we had a pleasant stay overall. the hotel's proximity to various attractions like the Chapman Cultural Center and Hatcher Gardens provided plenty of leisure activities for us to enjoy during our visit.
